A quick message to let our customers know we are open as usual. We are constantly monitoring the government’s advice regarding COVID-19.
We understand you may feel uncomfortable having a tradesperson in your property at this difficult time but rest assured we are taking all precautions possible to protect our customers and our staff. To safeguard our customers we are using disposable gloves, hand sanitiser, regularly washing our hands when ever possible and using FFP1/FFP3 masks when required. Sanitiser fluid has been issued to clean equipment and tools before entering and leaving a property.

Q: Can i still book an appointment?
A: Yes we are still taking bookings as normal. We do ask all customers to respect the social distancing rules set out by the government.
Q: Do you accept contactless payments?
A: Yes we can take payments on site via card without contact, you can also pay by cash, bank transfer or over the phone.
Q: I have been self-isolating, can i book an appointment?
A: We’re continuing to book appointments but we are asking all customers to inform us if anyone in the household is in isolation, has symptoms or has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
