We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6 years property maintenance experience. The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys varied role, is reliable, hard-working and friendly. Below is a brief overview of the type of work we carry out at City Centre Maintenance MCR.
Track and trace leaks, isolating water supplies, repair or replace pipe work, tiling, bathroom refurbishments, remedial repairs after a leak, repair or replace locks, hang doors, repair or replace guttering, roof repairs, replacing double glazed units, painting and decorating, plastering.
The above is a small description of the different type of work we receive on a day to day basis. We are looking for someone who is able to carry out all of the above either on their own or as part of a team.
We require someone with their own transport and basic tools. Our work is based in and around Manchester City Centre. We deal with both commercial and domestic customers and you will need to be able to communicate with customers on site. We use an online app based system for job sheets that will need updating on every job with completion notes & pictures of work.
We are a small company looking to expand as we have plenty of work to offer. The salary is negotiable depending on experience. As this is a new position the hours will be ad hoc basis until we are in a position to offer full time employment.
